Raymond hand pendant in 14kw gold with diamond

This hand is New Old Stock and was made by my grandfather, Raymond, many years ago. It is 14kw gold with a .02 carat diamond. We found 2 of them in a box of “stuff”. We are keeping one and willing to part with the other. It measures about an inch long. We can add a chain to it if needed.
