Marquise Ruby Ring

This ruby is 1.69 carats and is set in 18k bezel. A small diamond, .06 carats total weight, is set on each side with hand-engraved bright cuts and milgrain. The ring is made of 18k white gold and has lots of milgrain down the side. There is also a small diamond, .03 carats, set in the bottom in a hand-engraved marquise shape. It is a size 6 1/2.
