Ancient style rutilated quartz ring

This ring features a rutilated quartz weighing 3.23 carats set in 18K yellow bezel. The bezel has a double row of milgrain. There is also a .02 carat single cut diamond on each side. The base of this ring is oxidized sterling silver. The ring is 17mm wide at the top. It is size 6 1/4. This gem is clear quartz with some golden colored rutile crystals in it.
